Any additional or different terms, whether contained in Buyer’s forms or otherwise presented by Buyer are rejected unless expressly agreed to by Pine Hollow Farm LLC in writing.

Buyer agrees to use all purchased products safely, according to the directions and warnings provided by Pine Hollow Farm LLC, and according to the specifications and recommendations from the manufacturer.

Buyer agrees they are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that it can be purchased and owned in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

Buyer will hold Pine Hollow Farm LLC free and harmless from any liability for incidental or consequential damages. This includes any third-party claims for damages against their property and any liability arising from the application or use of any product.

Buyer agrees that Pine Hollow Farm LLC shall not be responsible for any damage that may occur due to the misuse of its products.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any taxes imposed by any governmental authority whatsoever.
Product Availability
The products of Pine Hollow Farm LLC are handmade and packed by us. Therefore, the design, size, and shape may vary from product to product. We manage our inventory online, but all of our products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event your order is out of stock, we reserve the right to notify and cancel orders if the product becomes unavailable, is sold out, or is otherwise unsuitable for shipping.
Taxes
The amount of all present and future sales applicable to the goods shall be added to the purchase price and shall be paid by the Buyer.
