SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within three business days unless stated differently. Shipping times vary, but we aim to have your order to you within 5-7 business days. We do not ship expedited orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We currently only ship within the US.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products sold goods are not returnable or exchangeable.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you received a damaged product, please email srasmussen@pinehollowmn.com with the "Shipping Damage" subject line within 48 hours. Please also include a description of the problem and a photo of the damage. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis.
